The order process is supported by eSellerate, a global industry-leading e-commerce provider. When you purchase our products, eSellerate protect the transaction with the strongest exportable standards of encryption. It requires Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections on pages where personal data and credit card information is entered and displayed. When on these pages, your browser should display a graphic that indicates a secure connection has been made. For example, on Microsoft Internet Explorer, this is represented by a padlock on the status bar at the bottom of the browser windows. For further protection, eSellerate does not store your complete credit card numbers after the transaction.
It requires serial number and serial number name to unlock Winfilter for permanent use. Where to get that information?
At the end of the order process, there will be printable invoice page, on which you can find the serial number and the serial number name. Actually the serial name is as same as your full name (Filled in the First Name field and the Last Name field) which is included in personal information for the order process. If you didn't print the invoice page, don't worry about it. An automatically generated order confirmation email will be sent to you. In the email, you will find the serial number and the serial number name.

Is Winfilter upgrade free for charge?
The upgrade for Winfilter is totally free for charge. Each time you install the newer version, you can use the same registration information to unlock Winfilter for permanent use.
Why did I fail to hide some of the desktop icons or the icons on the quick launch bar?
If the desktop icon indicate a shortcut file and Windows Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->View->Show hidden files and folders was selected, you must follow these additional steps to hide the icons completely. First expand the item "Special Items", and then check the item "Don't show hidden files and folders"; and the item "Prevent users from selecting 'show hidden files and folders' in Folder Options dialog box of Window Explorer"
Why did I fail to hide files or folders?
If Windows Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->SView->SShow hidden files and folders was selected, you must follow these additional steps to hide the files and the folders completely. First expand the item "Special Items", and then check the item "Don't show hidden files and folders"; and the item "Prevent users from selecting 'show hidden files and folders' in Folder Options dialog box of Window Explorer".
I use Winfilter to hide some files and save the filter policy into a file. Next time I run Winfilter again and load the filter policy file into Winfilter but find the files (which are configured as hidden items last time) are not indicated as hidden items. Why?
When you save the filter policy into a file, Winfilter actually excludes the configuration information for the items under "My Computer". The subtree "My Computer" corresponds to the whole file system and includes countless sub items. If Winfilter save the configuration information for them, the filter policy file will be terribly huge.

Select the menu command Tool -> Options to custom checking schedule and updates notifications.
Does NewsMonitor provide news monitor service for languages other than English?
The trial version only provides English news monitor service. But we provide different full version to provide news monitor service for different language. You could choose which language news monitor service you need.
Does NewsMonitor limit the maximum number of keywords to 3?
No, the full version doesn't limit the maximum number of keywords. The trial version limits the maximum number of keywords to 3.
